This is a brand new Leather ashley furniture opull out sofa bed. I am selling because I just moved into a new home and it literally will not make it upstairs into the guest bedroom. I bought this less than a year ago and has been used 5 times at the most. I paid around $1000 for it and hate to see it go, but it is sitting all wrapped up in my garage and I need the space for my car. Sorry there is not a better picture....
